AJ wants to know the steakiest thing I ever did during my football playing days.
This might be the first time I've ever wished I didn't play football all 4 years of college. This could be bad.
The trouble with answering this is that I have so much material to choose from; I may just have to get back to you later. I've requested assistance from Wife, and she can't seem to pick the steakiest incident, either. Plenty of steaky incidents, but the steakiest? Goodness.
One story I just can't publish. At least in its entirety. But rest assured, it was not my steakiest moment. But I can give you the ending (and unfotunately it's not even the best part.) Anyway, the story ends with me, alone, in Columbus on the campus of The Ohio State University, sleeping on a cardboard Natural Light 12-pack box behind a dumpster across from the football stadium.
Some days I wonder how I'm even still alive.
Not bad, but that's it? What happened to:
"This should be a safe place, a nest of trust, if you will"?

Oh for crying out loud, people are using my own material against me now.
You asked for the steakiest moment, and I'm working on it. I just gave you a glimpse of what lies ahead. I guess for the next 'All Request Friday' if you ask, "What was the complete story about the night you slept on a Natty Light carton?" I would have to succumb to your wishes.

Hey - gotta' hold you to your word! Reminds me of a Robin Williams joke about what beer ads would be like if there were realistic.
"It's 6 AM - you've just pissed on a dumpster - it's Miller Time!"

Well, I don't know if this is the "steakiest" but it is certainly timely to the current season. I remember that you and the members of your fraternity used to dress up all in black and go out late one night to "borrow" a christmas tree to decorate for your big Christmas party every December. 'Tis the season to be steaky!
